It is amazing that comments on a report released
Tuesday, 8-22-06, are due Thursday, 8-24-06.
Rather than do a rush job, I believe the City of Menlo
Park should budget more time and money to do a
thorough job, perhaps by the end of February, 2007.
It is less expensive to do work that will not need to
be revised or reversed in the near future.
