Dear City Council,

I'm concerned that the City Council is looking at
approving private operation of the Burgess Pool
without doing any community outreach to see if this
is really what MeMenloark residents want, especially
since our taxes have been paying for this project
for such a long time.

My wife has been swimming a couple times a week for
the past few years at one of PaPalolto's community
pool
in anticipation of using the MeMenloark community pool
when it is completed.

I see what I believe to be happening with the Burgess
Pool as a disappointing turn of events. It has the
feeling of being rushed through City Council before
MeMenloark residents have a chance to understand
what's
really going on. Please take the time necessary to
do what's really in the best interest of the
residents.
