Dear Council Members:

I am a life long resident of Menlo Park and reside with my family at 52
Politzer Drive.

I am writing to express my support for the Linfield residential project.
Why? Because Vintage Oaks has been one of the best developments to come
to Menlo Park and I believe the Linfield Project will follow that model.
Vintage Oaks is full of many families (tax paying families) that utilize
our schools, spend money in Menlo Park, and contribute to our community.
I am very proud of that development.

There is a housing shortage in Menlo Park and we need more housing. This
is a very desireable town in which to live (something we should all be
proud of), but the need for more housing is both acute and chronic.
Well thought out developments such as the Linfield Project can help to
alleviate this need with a minimal impact to the existing community.

I encourage you to support the Linfield Project.
