CITY COUNCIL AGENDA FOR JANUARY 12TH MEETING

From: Roberts, Margaret S <MSRoberts_at_(domain_name_was_removed)>
Date: Fri, 8 Jan 2010 13:02:02 -0800

The City is having issues uploading documents via the software used for staff reports and agendas. The issue began yesterday afternoon and fortunately we were able to get all but two items uploaded before the issue started. Unfortunately, those two items are currently unavailable on-line and we are unable to post the agenda directly from the City Council webpage. We are however able to, and have, posted the agenda with all the other staff reports through Granicus and they are available on-line. We did meet our legal obligation with posting and we will continue to stay on top of getting the others uploaded as soon as possible. When the agenda is available in the usual location another notice will be sent. Thank you for understanding and have a great weekend. If you are looking for one of the two items not on-line please email me at msroberts_at_menlopark.org<mailto:msroberts_at_menlopark.org> and I can forward you the documents. I will monitor my City email over the weekend should anybody need the reports during that time. If you have any questions, please contact my office at 650/330-6620 or via my email (above). The agenda and available staff reports are available at: http://menlopark.granicus.com/DocumentViewer.php?file=menlopark_ac9c3595f74b7b9dd5f176ef659041f6.pdf Margaret S. Roberts, MMC
