Morris--Not sure what the problem is--the posted agenda on the City's website is four pages--the first page is the special meeting at 6 p.m., the second through fourth pages are for the regular meeting starting at 7 p.m.--all agenda items that have reports show links to staff reports, the links all appear to work. Did you not look at pages 2-4? Please advise if you are still having a problem. Bill

To the City Council:

Sunday 11:00 AM Jan 25th, 2009

An agenda for the regular meeting of the Council for next Tuesday has not been posted to the City's website. The only agenda posted is for a Special Meeting for Presentation of a "Climate Action Plan", which starts at 6:00 PM and ends at 7:00 PM.

My understanding is a regular meeting will indeed be held. I can not be certain if this will be a violation of the Brown Act concerning open meetings or not, but if an agenda has been posted elsewhere, certainly the vast majority of the community looks to the website for information on upcoming meetings,

At this time most of the Menlo Park citizens have no idea what is to take place at next Tuesday's meeting.
