"Trail" under Junipero Serra and along Alpine

The maintenance is a disgrace and a safety hazard. The only landscaping kept up is that visible from the golf course. There is a huge amount of weeds.  Under the bridge last night was a large pile of what looked to be human excrement, complete with paper! The path is full of cracks because the banks are slipping and the whole area looks like some forgotten freeway. Until recently the thistles beside the intersection were about 6 ft high. The path along Alpine is full of low hanging branches and trees that look to be on their last legs. When Menlo Park and Stanford pushed through this intersection widening, Menlo Park committed to maintaining the area. A special point was made that the "trail" had to be wide to accommodate maintenance trucks. Get those trucks out there are start to fix the problems. You haven't kept your part of the bargain.
