Flood Park and Dog Park

I'd like to suggest an off-leash dog park at Flood Park. Menlo Park has a large dog population and there are only 2 off-leash parks. We often go to the Willows Oak Park but the area is small for the large number of dogs it services, and its surface erodes quickly through the year. Flood Park might provide a good alternative for relatively low cost.

Thanks for considering this suggestion.
