Kelly Ferguson

Kelly Ferguson has now admitted breaking the Brown Act and The Council thinks they can sleaze through another  Mayor election at 3:00 p.m. Friday afternoon. What about due process on the Brown Act Violation? Why can an admitted law breaker get  a "do-over"? No, No, No! It doesn't work that way, it is not like flunking a class and then taking it over. Kelly Ferguson and her co-conspirators are not above the law! I call on the City Attorney to realize his client is The City of Menlo Park, not the Menlo Park City Council and do his job or resign his position! His failure to act, reads complience to me.
