Please investigate

To the City Attorney, Bill McClure,

Please investigate the possible Brown Act violation that occurred in the Mayor selection at last night's meeting. It has come to my attention that there is good cause for such an investigation. If there has been a violation of this law, which is the foundation for public trust in our elected officials, then the speedy remedy must occur.

As you know, the Brown Act is not an inconsequential law. It was enacted so that the public can have trust in its elected officials and their decision making.

Thank you,

Lee Duboc   Received on Wed Dec 08 2010 - 14:54:51 PST
