Heritage tree Appeal

Menlo Park City Council,
You will be deciding the fate of another of Menlo Park's heritage trees at your next meeting. The tree in question is a Redwood, more than 70 years old and very healthy. The owner/developer of the property is a local broker and should have been well aware of the Heritage Tree Ordinance. You don't decide the fate of all heritage trees, but I don't think you've saved even one that has come before you. Given the number of heritage trees being cut down vs. the number spared, we shall lose our great canopy in the near future. I hope and pray that this tree is spared. May the ALMIGHTY TREE be victorious over the almighty dollar!
