75 Willow - AT&T Labs a Historic Treasure, Should be Preserved

Dear Ms. Chow,

I also believe that raising down 75 Willow would be a
terrible loss to the city. The building on the
property was once part of the Sunset Magazine complex,
which is evidenced by its inherent beauty. It is part
of the heritage of Menlo Park, and should be preserved
as a historical building.

Moreover, the landscape design around the building is
a treasure in and of itself. One might expect the
following to be an oxymoron, but I have never seen
such a beautifully designed parking lot. The building
and site should be preserved as a model and
inspiration for future design.

I would ask that the city consider preserving 75
Willow on its own merits, and funnel new development
to less desirable sites in town.

Warm regards,

Joanna Malaczynski
