I was right behind the speaker's platform at the last city council, with
a view of the timer.
Some pro-fields people over their 3 minute limit.
But when Heyward Robinson was presenting potential changes to Kelly Park
he was abrupted stopped when his time limit was reached.
Unfortunately, this makes it look like the CC is not impartially hearing
community feedback.
