To Whom It May Concern,
I live at Menlo Ave. and University. Today is the first day of the
intersection change, and already I am not able to turn left onto my
street. This change could possibly have been the worst choice for
revamping the intersection. Not only do cars not allow me to return
home, but I have to block the entire intersection while I wait.
Please rethink this move with the help of a civil engineer.
