Good Morning:
 
It's hard to believe that after 22 years with the City Uma will retire on
January 18. To commemorate her years with us, Uma will receive a
personalized Memory album which will include special thoughts, memories, and
stories from her friends and colleagues at Menlo Park and within the
Community. Please come by my desk to pick up a "Best Wishes" card, if you'd
like to write a note to her that will be included in the album, or call and
I'll send you one.
 
Please feel free to bring any cards or pictures that you'd like to have
included in the album for Uma. The Memory Album will be presented to Uma
later on in the Spring, so you will have time to gather your thoughts.
Please bring your cards, pictures, etc... to me no later then 2/21/05, so
they can be included in the album.
