Please take notice that on January 10,'05 observation was made and
reported to a roving police officer that:

The netting above the fencing at the newly renovated ball field had been
vandalized
by being cut through and ripped above the padlocked gate.

This occurred beside the players' pit where a concrete waste receptacle
stands and was apparently used to gain access to the top of the fence,
making a hole large enough for someone to gain access.

Off-leash dogs and owners have been observed in the locked field during
the day on a weekend.
