California requires companies with 50 or more employees to provide two hours of sexual harassment prevention training to all supervisors within six months of hire or promotion, and every two years thereafter.

New for 2015: Based on legislation effective 1/1/15, CalChamber's online courses for California supervisors and employees educate individual learners about preventing abusive conduct in the workplace (such as bullying), in addition to harassment protections for unpaid interns and volunteers.
