Janet & Councilmember Keith, I have confirmed that this was a not a City of Menlo Park crew. I have also spoken with the City of Palo Alto and confirmed that it was not their crews either. I also have a call into the County of San Mateo and I will respond back once I hear from them. Stanford has also confirmed that they have not used tankers to spray any pesticides in the area, however they did utilize a tanker truck in this area on Thursday the 12th to apply a liquid fertilizer to a tree. Additionally, PG&E contractors have been using water trucks to spray water on the newly seeded areas near Rural Lane. Jesse T.
