Yes! It would be great if Santa Cruz Ave. had more interesting stores and less rug stores, or stores that don't bring in any revenue.
Also, seems like there is a lot of empty space. After a certain number of months of not being able to rent the space shouldn't the landlord have a mandatory decrease in the rent?
A plan that allows for a small town feel with charming outdoor eating would be fabulous.
