Questions for the Menlo Park Police and DA Steve Wagstaffe:

>> What affirmative proof is there that the gun that the alleged suspect had, was not planted by the police? Is this why the 2 officers with cameras turned their cameras off at the scene, or alternatively, conveniently decided not to turn their cameras on? Why did the police officers at the scene move the body, arguably destroying critical crime scene evidence? Isn't protocol to wait for the ME and the forensic team before potentially tampering with the crime scene evidence? Why would any police officer ever tell a potential percipient witness to a crime scene, not to talk to the press? Why did DA Steve Wagstaffe opine that the cameras might not have recorded video of the police shooting even before his crime lab inspected the videos? Has DA Wagstaffe or his predecessor Jim Fox, ever, even once, in their combined 30 years in office, filed murder charges against a police officer in an officer involved shooting?
