Dear Mr. LaFrance and Honorable City Council Members:

Over the past 26 years that I have lived in Menlo Park, I have had many opportunities to interact with Janice Dong. Every single interaction has been met with the utmost professionalism and customer service that is so uncommon in today's world. She is thorough and efficient and performs a vital service to our community with above and beyond attention to detail even in the face of urgency and emergencies. All the while, she maintains a calm and kind disposition.

I wanted to bring this to your attention because Janice deserves to be recognized for her exceptional service to Menlo Park. And, she should never be allowed to retire!

Sincerely,
Mary
