Measure M Does Not Conflict With Or Require Voter Approval Of The City's Proposed Amendments to the El Camino Real/Downtown Specific Plan

From: Keith G. Wagner <"Keith>
Date: Wed, 15 Oct 2014 13:33:55 -0700

Dear Mayor Mueller and Members of the Menlo Park
City Council,

Please see the attached letter, explaining why City Staff
and Mr. Stepanicich are wrong in asserting that voter
approval would be required for the recently proposed
amendments to the El Camino Real/Downtown Specific
Plan that were considered by the Planning Commission
on October 6, 2014, if the City Council does not adopt
those proposed amendments prior to Measure M's
adoption at the November 4, 2014 election.

Sincerely,

--
