Dear Mr. Kapp. Among other things that happened in dept. 42 this past
Friday, The Public Defender representing me refused to hear information
about CASE: 1-12-CV226958, which also included false accusations of
threats. These fraudulent pleadings that were submitted were used to deny
ADA accommodations to Heidi Yauman's neighbor: Robert Moss (Who was found

Since 1-12-CV226958, The Sheriff's Department and Judge Socrates Manoukian
have continued to recklessly throw around such false accusations as it they
are trying to make something stick,Trying to make earlier unfounded
appear consistent.

This has happened to numerous other individuals at
http://victims.judgesocratesmanoukian.com and Kevin Williams, whom you
spoke with is a witness who is able to provide insight into these matters.

The Sheriff's Deputies physically prevented me from contacting Kevin
Williams and Attorney: Aram James and also Heidi Yauman who was personally
victimized by Judge Manoukian, Robert Ridgeway and some of the same sheriff
I perceived that the PDO, District Attorney and the Judge all were
determined to keep these matters off of the court record. By not allowing
these things to enter the record, I believe the (PDO) attorney who was
present on Friday in Department 42 is in violation of CRPC 3-110. I
formally and respectfully request that the corrective action be taken in
respect to this CRPC 3-110.issue.

I am able to demonstrate a provable pattern of behavior & I am much better
equipped to do this with the assistance of Kevin Williams, who was
prevented from participating in this process by the Santa Clara County
Sheriff's Department.

I am entitled to evidence pertaining to my defense and Case: 1-12-CV226958
is, in fact, evidence pertaining to my defense.

I wish to withdraw my no contest pleading (Which was made under coercion
and duress), & if I must be remanded into custody, I request a reasonable
bail.amount. $20,000 is way to excessive.

Respectfully Submitted,
Cary-Andrew Crittenden | 650-701-3202
