Menlo Park's El Camino Real/Downtown Specific Plan

From: domainremoved <Bill>

Dear City Council,

Do not adopt the Save Menlo initiative. The City of Menlo Park and its
residents have spent years and untold man hours to arrive at the
existing specific plan. Now that someone has decided to build on
deteriorating lots a special interest group is trying to fight it.

I have only lived in Menlo Park about 10 years but the empty lots and
building seem to be growing every year. And to make it more restrictive
to develop anything is the wrong direction to be taking.

Do not adopt the Save Menlo initiative.

Thank you,

Bill Senner
