Follow-Up to Scheduling Question

Good Morning,


We wanted to follow-up on a question asked during last week's meeting
and share with you all to make sure you have clarification on the
scheduling process. Thank you for participating in last week's meeting
and please feel free to call us with any further questions!


When a doctor cancels their clinic, does the wait time reset back to


If the appointment is entered in the system as CANCELLED BY PATIENT then
the wait time does go back to zero.


If the appointment is entered in the system as CANCELLED BY CLINIC then
the wait time from that appointment rolls forward to the next
appointment, so it is not reset but moves forward to represent the true
wait time for the appt.
