City Limits

Someone on your payroll does not know where the city limits are.  Dave Boyce of the Almanac was writing a snippet about a stolen car that crashed into a telegraph pole on the city's multi-use trail alongside Alpine Road near the intersection with Juniper Serra, and was told that this was not city jurisdiction, but County.  This is false.  Those of us living nearby have had frequent problems in the past with the city and county people not knowing where their jurisdiction ends.  This has been very frustrating when there has been an accident or an imminent flooding event.  Please see that the people who answer the phones or e-mail know what they are doing.
