100 year flood resolution

Dear City Council, As a long time resident of the Willows with property within a block of Woodland, I am asking you to remove "and flood walls" as an option in the resolution for 100 year flood upgrades to the creek.  Flood walls would completely change the character of Woodland, one of the prettiest streets in Menlo Park, as well as the Willows in general.  There must be a solution that does not include paving over one of the last natural creeks in the area, destroying natural habitat, and negatively affecting the neighborhoods surrounding the creek. Sincerely, Elizabeth Katz 124 Laurel Ave.
