Mayor Meuller, Mayor Pro Tem Carlton, Council Member Ohtaki, Council Member
Keith, and Council Member Cline,

Rebuilding Together Peninsula is a nonprofit dedicated to bringing together
volunteers to preserve affordable housing. We help people remain safe, warm
and independent in their own home. This April 26th, will be our 25th
National Rebuilding Day. On National Rebuilding Day we will be working on
42 homes and 17 community facilities from Daly City to Sunnyvale.

I would like to extend a formal invitation to each of you to join us on
this incredible day. We will be working on 2 homes and 1 community facility
in Menlo Park. I know that some of you have been able to come out in the
past and I know our volunteers have appreciated seeing you. I'd love to
know if you are planning on volunteering this year or would like to stop by
any of the projects. If you are interested in coming out, please let me
know and I will send you the addresses of the projects where we are

Additionally, we are hosting a VIP bus tour (information attached) in honor
of our 25th Anniversary. We'd love to have you join us for the tour and/or
Volunteer Appreciation Picnic at Oracle.

We very much appreciate the ongoing support of the City. Not only did the
City play a significant role in getting us started, but has continued to
support our work. We've appreciated working with the staff from the City's
Building Department. We look forward to continuing to work in Menlo Park
and in partnership with you.

Thank you again for all of your support.

CC: City Manager, Alex McIntyre
