SJH: Corrected signal at intersection of Oak Grove Avenue and Laurel Street.

Dear Mr. Taylor:

Thanks for correcting the traffic signal at the intersection of Laurel Street and
Oak Grove Avenue. This signal was still faulty Thursday morning, January 2, but
was corrected by Friday morning, January 3!
