Menlo Park Council;

Please do not reconsider your decision to replace the bridge. Several years ago I used the bridge four days out of five to bike from the Caltrain Station to my job at Motorola.

It should be a crime to even talk about cutting off the Belle Haven community from Flood Park, Caltrain, and the downtown.

Also it would be a shame to cut off the rich people in Menlo Park from bicycle access to Bay Front Park and the Bay Trail.

Thomas Mayer

Peace and Justice are two sides of the same coin.
