Good morning. I am registering my protest in lieu of a Menlo Park City
decision to delay sidewalks on Woodland. It was my understanding per all
your past email about who would get sidewalks that the funds were already
allocated. I further thought that allocated funds have to be spent for the
project for which they have been designated. In any case, we (the Willows)
have been waiting a very long time for this to happen and I would urge you
all to please follow through on your commitment to us. Thank you for your
time.
