Greetings Honorable Menlo Park City Council,
The Nealon Park D.O.G.M.A. group and their canine companions are beside themselves with joy at the installation of the new dog entrance gates behind centerfield. The gates swung open for the first time Tuesday and are already in full use.
We are going to have a little celebration and "official gate opening" this Friday, June 13, beginning at 9:15 AM to which you are all invited. Whether you can make it or not, please know that all of us sincerely appreciate your full support for the off-leash use at Nealon. The success of this use of the field has taken a lot of open- mindedness and flexibility on the part of many of its caretakers and users. Thank you for being part of this effort.
We hope you can join us. Of course, your canine friends are welcome as well.
