As per our conversation regarding completing the tree planting plan approved by our Council and the State of California Caltrans Department for ECR your suggestion of meeting with you, perhaps another Council member and a staff member from public works to review this project is much welcomed. I know that you will be out of town this coming week so this email will act as a reminder of our conversation once you return. My time is somewhat flexible so from your point of view please let me know when and if such a meeting can be arranged.
