Mr. Gennaco:

Mr. Gennaco:

Surely as an attorney you can appreciate cross examination (repeated questions) as a rather effect tool when getting at the "truth".

As to the email list, the list is the work and collaborative efforts of a great number of individuals including our latest member Lt. Tim Morgan who recently responded. Welcome aboard "Tim".

Nothing is simple, and nowhere in any of your emails did you say updated information. If anything, I found your answers confusing.

"The 2008 interim report has been completed and is being reviewed by the City."

"The interim report is due to be released later this month."

In any event, I appreciate your attempts at clarifying. I'll let those on the collaborative email list draw there own conclusions.
