Contending he was libeled in an e-mail by Menlo Park Council Member Kelly Fergusson, a business owner, Jim Lewis, has filed a claim for more than $10,000 against her and the city.

This is the same Jim Lewis who has just posted an e-mail to our council titled

Economic Stimulus Package For Menlo ParkWhat is with this guy? City Counci, please don't this kind of claim to be paid.
