Moth Spraying

Dear Council Members:

I am writing to voice my opposition to the aerial spraying for the apple moth.  For 10 years as an environmental attorney both for the Attorney General's Office and in private practice I witnessed that chemicals banned were at one time deemed harmless.  There is no way anyone can guarantee that the spray proposed to be used won't turn out to be hazardous to our health.  For the sake of mine and all the other children living in our community we should not take this risk.

Thank you for your consideration,

Karen Tyler
