Below is a link to the message on our website which will be updated soon based on the Shelter in Place guidance issued on Monday.

We have also issued guidance to our property and resident services staff to guide their work during this time. Per the shelter in place order, affordable housing, homeless services, social service and sanitation are all exempted and considered "essential businesses." MidPen has further identified specific "essential needs" and responsibilities as follows:

* Eyes and ears of the property, via Property Management

* Garbage collection and basic sanitation (including common areas)

* Completion of emergency and life-safety work orders Rent collection

* Essential mental health services

* Access to food for residents

* Access to educational school/district approved learning programs for youth

We will have an updated communication to our residents (informing them of the above) posted at each property site, translated in all necessary languages.

Be well,
