Council, today I was given a parking ticket for parking over the line of the "spacer" or ten ft. margin between legal parking spaces. I had driven around downtown for about 20 minutes looking for a space. No luck. Finally a space on Oak Grove Ave., I took it, I placed my handicapped placard by hanging it on the mirror. '
This City's Parking enforcement, specifically "Louis" has it in for me. I actually think he started to salivate when he came upon my car. I have written to the Council many times about the NEED FOR A PARKING STRUCTURE, THIS IS JUST MORE EVIDENCE.

p.s. INTEREST RATES ARE AT HISTORIC LOWS, BORROW THE FUNDS (THE MUNICIPAL BOND MARKET, IF YOU AREN'T AWARE) AND BUILD GARAGES, SOON !
