Tim,

Wonderful to hear from you. It would be nice for us all to get together and talk, but please give us more details.

Is there an agenda or goals set out for the meeting? Will materials be provided that we should review before getting together to prepare?

Is the meeting noticed to the public, so that we all attend as a group, or will you meet with us individually (Brown Act)? Who will be attending from your team? What City staff will be attending the meeting? Etc.

Many thanks, and happy holidays!

All the best,

Catherine
