Dear Council Members

I am writing to encourage you to take action in approving the Willows - Traffic Study. I have participated in all traffic task meetings and I think the study review and or a new study is the minimum required today to understand what is going on in the Willows in regards to traffic and crime. The Willows is now filled with young families with children, pedestrians and cyclists. We need to continue to improve our streets and make neighborhood safe.
The study would allow us to determine if and what are the traffic issues, and provide recommendations that are meant to enhance the quality of life for the entire neighborhood. Hundreds of people have showed support for this study and have voiced their concerned with the current situation in the Willows. The city has initiated this process by setting up this traffic task force and it is critical that we now follow through with action before future developments around the Willows further impact negatively our quality of life.

Thank you for your consideration.
