Please accept the attached document -An Open Letter from the O'Brien Coalition. [the letter is only two (2) pages the additional pages are the signatories] We are a group of businesses who see ourselves impacted in a negative manner if parking is removed from O'Brien Drive in Menlo Park. We understand that the resurfacing of part of O'Brien Drive is to happen this summer and we have also been noticed that parking is to be removed. While the removal of parking was not part of the recent resolution passed by the Council on June 4th, we are still concerned that the permanent removal of some or all of the on street parking is imminent. We look forward to your individual responses to our letter to you, attached.

Best regards,

Steve Schmidbauer
