1704 ECR: thanks for giving it more time
Dear Commissioners,
I appreciate the attention you gave to all aspects of the 1704 ECR proposal
last night. It's a complex matter and it appeared that all of you were
sensitive to the positions being presented.
Continuing the matter to the next meeting seems like a reasonable thing to
do when there are questions that need more study.
