City Council,
Please pass on the idea of making the Willows Traffic Study a priority.
Many long time residents went through this about ten years ago. Some unqualified traffic consultant was hired.
Studies, barriers, traffic circles, the whole lot of modern traffic furniture were installed with little regard to accident statistics, usage and public safety issues. Most were removed.
And the city-wide taxpayers paid for it.
Let us not go through that again.
