Development moratorium

Menlo Park City Council,
It's time to take a step back and reassess the development plan for Menlo Park. The fact that the current plan intending to provide development guidance for many years has basically been built out quicker than anyone could have imagined demonstrates that development is out of control with the attendant problems of traffic grid lock and projects lacking any balance or appropriate scale (i.e, the Stanford project, of course Facebook, etc). Menlo Park is increasingly becoming less livable and sacrificing quality of life for the highly questionable desire for urban scale, density, and growth at any cost without the necessary transportation infrastructure, not to mention maintaining any semblance of the so called village like character.
Therefore, I support the city-wide moratorium on nonresidential development.
