Reasons to vote for a moratorium

Council members:

If you only look at the staff report of the new non residential square
footage proposed compared to the number of new residential units proposed,
the numbers are stunning!

We currently have a HUGE problem with increased development of all types of
commercial non-residential space and the lack of affordable housing as well
as traffic impacts.

We definitely need a moratorium in order to assess future impacts and decide
how we are going to address the imbalances future developments will create.

Also, by the time these additional spaces come online, there will likely be
an oversupply of commercial non-residential space with little positive
revenue to the city.

Please vote yes for the moratorium!

Best Regards,

Amy Klein

Former President and owner of Classic Portfolio Management, Inc. a money
management company
