WILLOWS TRAFFIC STUDY NOW!

All,

I've lived in the Willows for 12 years. Traffic in the Willows is and has always been a problem. There is quite a bit of "cut-through" traffic as measured previously and lots of "unsafe" driving taking place. I'm not sure if the roundabouts, speed bumps and stop signs have had any measurable positive impact, but we need active dialogue and concrete action.

There is no easy quick fix, but something must be done on a number of fronts to help alleviate the problem. The sheer number of "in and out" access points in the Willows neighborhood not only causes traffic issues, but also makes it somewhat easier for criminal activities to take place.

I appreciate your strong consideration for a Willows traffic study in the upcoming budget. Thank you.
