Vote to support addressing traffic congestion

Dear Menlo Park city council members,

My husband and I live in the Willows with our three children, aged 10, 12 and 14. Our twelve year old is at Hillview and our 14 year old goes to MA. Both of them bike to school every day. Our 10 year old walks to Laurel. Our family has loved the independence that biking and walking to school has afforded our children. They love that they can get themselves to school and the exercise of biking and walking daily is a true benefit to their health. However, I do worry about them on the roads given the increases in traffic congestion in Menlo Park. I think working to improve this is vital to the safety of our children.

Thank you,

Winnie Teuteberg
