Traffic management/mitigation of cut-through traffic

Hello council members,

Hoping you will add management/mitigation of traffic through residential
neighborhoods, as well as on El Camino etc. through town to the
Transportation Master Plan. I live on Woodland between Menalto and
University, and there are days when cars are literally lined up idling down
our block trying to get to the highway and bridge. This has become
increasingly frequent, as more cars seek alternatives to the main arteries;
it is badly impacting our neighborhood in the Willows, particularly on a few
streets such as Woodland.

Thanks for your attention and care for the quality of life for residents.
