Koma Sushi

Dear members of the City Council and Planning Commission,

I just learned that a developer wants to replace Koma Sushi with a medical building. I would like to point out to a few issues with this project.

1. As you know medical offices always create a high-traffic and parking problems. ECR is becoming a freeway. There is a Stanford complex across the street, which will add to traffic problems. People coming to medical offices will park on side streets, regardless that there are underground parking, which will create another problem in the neighborhood.
2. Koma Sushi is one of Menlo Park’s best restraints. Why are Menlo Park trying to erase our history with huge concrete buildings.

I would recommend to carefully review this project with us, people of the Menlo Park. We are the tax payers and you are supposed to do your best to serve us.

Thank you for your time,
