Belle Haven Neighborhood Library Advisory Committee

Hi, all

We should keep the Belle Haven Neighborhood Library Advisory Committee independent of any other committee until the day comes that Belle Haven stops being Menlo Park’s ‘special needs’ neighborhood, and I am not sure that day will come any time that I’ll be here to see it. Our ‘special needs’ - which wouldn’t be special in any other neighborhood - have a mysterious way of not getting met. The best way to get any of them met is to have an official body dedicated to seeing that it happens.
