Dear Menlo Park City Council Members and Mr. Curtin,

Attached please find a comment letter regarding the proposed tenant
relocation assistance ordinances. This letter was originally sent to the
Housing Commission to respond to the legal arguments raised by Anton Menlo
Apartments.

I am sending it again so that it may be included in the record for
tonight's meeting and considered with our comments this evening.
